2. Purpose of the website

This is a corporate website whose sole purpose is to present the business-to-business software development and IT consulting services offered by Doomity LLC, and to allow interested organisations to get in touch or request information.

No online contracting takes place through this website and no sale to consumers is carried out here. • Using the contact or application forms for unsolicited commercial communications or for any purpose other than their own

Doomity LLC may apply technical protection measures against abuse, including request rate limits, and may deny access to the site to anyone who breaches these conditions.

7. Exclusion and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Doomity LLC does not accept liability for damage arising from the use of the website, from the impossibility of using it, or from the contents of third-party sites reachable through links.

These limits do not apply, and nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability, in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nor do they affect the mandatory rights that consumer protection law grants to the user.

8. Availability of the website

Doomity LLC does not warrant the uninterrupted availability or continuity of this website. Access may be suspended, restricted or interrupted for maintenance, updates, security reasons or causes beyond the control of Doomity LLC, without any right to compensation arising from such interruptions.

Doomity LLC also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, at any time and without prior notice, all or part of the contents and functionalities of the website.

9. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data carried out through this website, in particular through the contact form and the job application form, is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
