These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website published at https://doomity.com by Doomity LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of New Mexico, United States of America, with registered address at 412 W 7th Street, Clovis, NM 88101, United States.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this website you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

Acceptance takes place through the mere use of the site. No registration, signature or additional formality is required.

2. Purpose and scope

This is a corporate, informational website aimed at professionals and companies (business to business). Its purpose is to present Doomity LLC, describe the areas in which the company works, and allow interested parties to get in touch.

The information published here is general in nature and may change without notice. It does not constitute a binding offer, a commercial commitment, a quotation, or professional advice of any kind (technical, legal, financial or otherwise), and it must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

Any provision of professional services by Doomity LLC is governed exclusively by a specific contract signed in writing by both parties. Where a discrepancy exists between this website and such a contract, the signed contract prevails. Nothing published on this site creates a contractual relationship, and no message sent through the forms binds Doomity LLC to accept an engagement.

3. Permitted use

You may consult the contents of the site, read and print them for your own personal or internal business use, and send legitimate enquiries, job applications or meeting requests through the forms and tools made available.

You undertake to use the site in good faith, in accordance with the law, and without harming the rights of Doomity LLC or of third parties.

4. Prohibited uses

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

  • Automated data extraction, scraping, crawling or systematic harvesting of the contents of the site by any means.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the site or of its underlying software.
  • Introducing malicious code, viruses, worms or any element capable of damaging, altering or interfering with the site or the systems of its users.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to any part of the site, to its servers, or to any connected system or network.
  • Deliberately overloading the service, or any conduct intended to disrupt its normal operation.
  • Circumventing, disabling or otherwise interfering with the request rate limiting and anti abuse measures in place.
  • Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely stating a connection with any person or entity.
  • Sending unlawful, defamatory, offensive or infringing content through the forms of the site.
  • Using the contents of the site to train artificial intelligence models without prior written authorisation from Doomity LLC.

Doomity LLC may restrict or block access where it reasonably detects any of the above conduct.

5. Content you submit

The site provides a contact form and a job application form, both of which allow files to be attached. When you use them, you warrant that the information you provide is truthful and accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that you hold any rights required over the files you attach.

You further warrant that your submission does not include personal data of third parties without a legitimate basis for sharing it, and that it does not contain confidential information belonging to third parties or covered by a duty of secrecy. Please do not send us information you are not free to share.

Doomity LLC may refuse, ignore or delete submissions that are abusive, fraudulent, automated, unlawful or manifestly unrelated to the purpose of the forms.

The processing of the personal data contained in your submission is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the conditions applicable to this site.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this site, including the brand, logotypes, texts, images, code, structure and design, are owned by Doomity LLC or by its licensors, and are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Doomity LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non exclusive and non transferable licence to access and view the contents for your personal or internal business use. This licence does not transfer any ownership or right beyond that use.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, commercial exploitation and any use beyond the above are prohibited without prior written authorisation from Doomity LLC.

8. Availability and changes to the site

The site is offered as is and as available. Doomity LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of errors or interruptions, or that the contents are complete or up to date at all times.

Doomity LLC may modify, suspend, restrict or withdraw contents and functionalities of the site at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice and without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doomity LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or loss of reputation arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this website or its contents.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the liability of Doomity LLC for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable mandatory law. Where any provision of this section conflicts with such mandatory law, that law prevails.

10. Indemnity

If you use the site in breach of these terms or of the applicable law, you agree to hold Doomity LLC harmless from the direct and reasonably foreseeable damages, and from the duly documented reasonable costs, that such use causes it.

This obligation is limited to what is reasonable and does not extend to damages caused by Doomity LLC itself, nor beyond what applicable law permits.

11. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data collected through this site is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy. Both documents complement these Terms of Use and should be read together with them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

The use of this website is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, and any dispute relating to it shall be submitted to the courts of that State.

Those users may also bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence where the applicable mandatory rules so allow.

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, void or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to these terms

Doomity LLC may update these Terms of Use in order to reflect changes to the site, to its services or to the applicable legislation. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your access, together with its update date.

The current version has been in force since 20 July 2026. We recommend that you review this page periodically.
